We believe that by properly engaging our people they buy in to the Rapier Systems way and therefore the customer way. We do not employ people simply because their past experience ‘ticks the boxes’; rather they need to be able to demonstrate a willingness to be part of a team of like – minded people, who are driven to do the right thing for our customers.
